This is my first post. I'll use it to save my daily bento box recipes and combinations. I hope you find it helpful. My first post is my usual three-color rice.
Crack a raw egg and add sugar and mayonnaise
Add salad oil and, without turning on the heat, add 1
Use about four chopsticks held vertically to break up the egg over low heat. Continue until the liquid is gone.
HusbandI think the trick is to put both the scrambled eggs and the minced pork into the frying pan before turning on the heat. You don’t have to rush it.
Finely chop the komatsuna.
Sauté the komatsuna (Japanese mustard spinach) in sesame oil.
Once cooked, season with soy sauce and mirin.
Finally, mix in bonito flakes and sesame seeds.
Without turning on the heat, add the ground pork and seasonings and mix.
Cook over medium-low heat. Stir in the same way as with scrambled eggs, using about four chopsticks to break it up vertically. Continue until the liquid is gone.

Cut the crab sticks in half.
Overlap the halves and wrap with seaweed.
Grease a pan and fry both sides. Add a little soy sauce at the end.
HusbandCrab sticks are convenient for filling up lunch boxes. You can use them fried, grilled, or raw.
WifeThe red color is cute too.
Cut the broccoli and sausages into bite-sized pieces.
Add oil and stir-fry 1.
Once cooked through, add the seasonings and stir-fry briefly to finish.

The low heat at the beginning is also key!
